Good Shepherd Microfinance launched their own Financial Inclusion Action Plan in 2018.

The plan outlines steps that Good Shepherd Microfinance takes to ensure its products and services continue to support the financial inclusion and resilience of people on low incomes in Australia, especially women and girls.

This plan contains the Progress Verification completed by EY in 2019.
