Financial Independence Hub Coordinator

The Financial Independence Hub Coordinator is the central point of contact for participants and stakeholders involved in the program, co-designed by people with lived experience of domestic and family violence (DFV).

Child Wellbeing Intake and Assessment Practitioner

The Financial Coach will empower particpants to manage their finances effectively, to recover from the impacts of financial abuse and avoid future financial problems.

This role will provide financial counselling support and referral to people who are vulnerable, in debt and/ or struggling to pay their bills.

Team Leader Family Violence – Therapeutic

The Team Leader is responsible for assisting in the day to day operations, supervision and reporting in line with service agreements and organisational expectation and will assist to develop and lead a highly competent, engaged and professional team; maintaining a focus on best outcomes for women and children.

Specialist Family Violence Practitioner – GS1

The Specialist Family Violence Practitioner will be implementing Good Shepherd’s outreach program to women at the Tarrengower Prison facility who have experienced family violence.

Specialist Family Violence Practitioner – GS2

Part Time

The Specialist Family Violence Practitioner will be implementing Good Shepherd’s outreach program to women at the Dame Phyllis Frost Centre correctional facility who have experienced family violence.

Team Leader – Support and Safety Hub

Part Time

The Team Leader - Support and Safety Hub will provide day-to-day operational management and leadership to Hub Practitioners within the Bayside Peninsula Support and Safety Hub, supporting the delivery of a high quality intake, assessment, crisis response, planning and referral service to women and children who have experienced family violence, vulnerable children and families, and perpetrators of family violence.

Business Lead – Quality Assurance, Community Networks & Microfinance

This role will have accountability for developing & implementing continuous improvement across Microfinance, in particular, the phone and online distribution channel. The role will maintain the risk profile and deliver the controls assurance program for this area of the business.
