This position integrates the provision of direct holistic support with coordinating and managing external partnerships to achieve optimal autonomy and wellbeing for all Good Shepherd Women.

Agile Management Coordinator – Digital Transformation Program (Melbourne)

The Agile Management Coordinator will be responsible for providing support across the Digital Transformation program by working with project managers to ensure that all systems, tools and artefacts required are updated on a regular basis, project risks are continuously updated and reflected in the program risk register, program financials are continuously updated and to drive the use of Agile ceremonies and delivery tools. The maturing of Good Shepherds Agile ‘way of working’ is a key pillar of Transformation and this role will be pivotal in coaching delivery resources on this journey.

Family Violence Case Manager – Full Time – Mornington

The Family Violence Case Manager is an integral member of the Family Violence Team and delivers high quality short as well as longer term intensive case management services to women and children who have experienced, or are currently experiencing, family violence, including women who choose to remain in the relationship. The role contributes extensive knowledge and understanding of family violence to outreach case management and supports clients accommodated in emergency accommodation and transitional housing, delivering valued services and outcomes.

The Youth Homelessness Case Manager provides holistic case management, outreach and housing support and information to young people aged 15-25. The case manager is responsible for advocacy and liaison with relevant housing access points and specialist services in the West and North regions.

Personal Safety Initiative(PSI) Coordinator – Mornington/Hastings

The Personal Safety Initiative (PSI) aims to assist victim survivors leaving family violence to remain in their homes with additional safety measures. This is a statewide initiative that enables consistent access to safety and security responses for victim survivors across Victoria. PSI forms a key part of the Victorian Government’s response to and focus on family violence. The PSI coordinator will provide high-quality consultation to case managers considering a PSI response for their clients. This role will review safety audits and provide recommendations for safety measures based on the risk assessment and risk management plan in place for the victim survivor.

Specialist Family Violence Case Manager – Bayside Peninsula

Full Time Ongoing

The Specialist Family Violence Case Manager supports women and young people who have experienced family violence and entered refuge, crisis accommodation, Transitional Housing Models (THM's) and Good Shepherd properties.  The Case manager delivers high quality client-centered short term intensive case management, as part of an integrated team response, working closely with the therapeutic practitioners and support workers to address identified goals.

The Family Violence After Hour Crisis Response Worker supports the Family Violence Program by delivering material aid support to women and children who are experiencing family violence across the Bayside Peninsula Region. The responses will be to locations within the region and may include motels, police stations, hospitals or other locations.
