The Customer Service Advisor provides community finance products and services, including No Interest Loans, directly to customers.  These products and services aim to improve the wellbeing and social inclusion of people who are disadvantaged and on low incomes.

The Financial Independence Hub (FIH) is co-designed by people with lived experience of domestic and family violence (DFV). It is a national, innovative program developed by Good Shepherd in collaboration with The Commonwealth Bank of Australia. The FIH is a recovery program designed to support individuals who have experienced financial abuse as part of domestic and family violence (DFV).

Children’s Family Violence Clinical Therapist

The Strength-to-Strength Program is a client-centred trauma informed therapeutic response for children and their mothers who are victim survivors of family violence, which includes therapeutic services delivered via outreach and through centre-based sessions.  

The interventions target children and their mothers from diverse populations, with the aim of strengthening therapeutic responses and Improving outcomes while building evidence about effective practice approaches for responding to victim survivors.

Waranara English Teacher (Marrickville – NSW)

The Waranara School is a Special Assistance Independent school located in Marrickville catering for up to 65 students from Years 9 to 12. Students enrolled at The Waranara School are commonly referred due to school refusal as a result of mental health issues (generally depression and anxiety) and the effects of complex trauma.

PDHPE Teacher (Marrickville – NSW)

This position will undertake PDHPE, CAFS, SLR responsibilities including, but not limited to: programing, creating and marking assessment tasks and reporting for year levels 9 to 12. Most importantly, you will undertake your responsibilities with a student centred and trauma informed approach.
