What is FIAP?
The Financial Inclusion Action Plan (FIAP) Program is a call to action – and we invite organisations from across all sectors to partner with us and play their part in promoting financial resilience and wellbeing in Australia.
Through the FIAP Program, Good Shepherd supports member organisations to develop Financial Inclusion Action Plans focused on taking strategic and practical actions that will improve the financial wellbeing of their customers, employees, business, and community partners. We also facilitate learning and collaboration across the 40+ member network.
There are three levels that an organisation progresses through on their FIAP journey: Foundation, Build and Elevate. The detailed framework was developed in partnership with EY and the Centre for Social Impact (CSI) at UNSW and includes Quality Assurance, Evaluation, and public reporting of results.
