Want to start or run a microenterprise?
If you are an aspiring entrepreneur wanting to start a business or a microenterprise struggling with business recovery, support is available to get you back on track.
Good Shepherd Australia New Zealand, in partnership with the Victorian Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions, is expanding its LaunchMe program aimed at supporting disaster impacted individuals and communities to develop their business ideas or to rebuild and recover.
Eligible individuals will receive 6 months of intensive business coaching meeting each fortnight with a coach for up to one and a half hours to help build their business following our structured checklist. For established microenterprises, they will receive up to three hours of personalised business coaching and a tailored roadmap to recovery.
Referrals to Good Shepherd’s extensive network of financial wellbeing services and small business funding of up to $1000 will also be available to support business goals.
Am I eligible?
- You are an Individual, microenterprise or sole trader residing in East Gippsland or North East of Victoria (See eligible locations below)
- You earn under $45,000 or hold a health care card or pension card OR
- You have a business which turns over less than $75,000 per annum and are not registered for GST.
