General Manager – Integrated Place Based Services (QLD)

Reporting to the Executive General Manager, Client Services you will be responsible for strategic leadership and management to deliver evidence based, client-centric, integrated, and ecologically focused services to women, girls, children, youth and families with an emphasis on deepening community relationships and holistic wellbeing in line with our strategy.

Wellbeing Coordinator, Sisters and Women

Provide support for the Sisters and the Women (former residents) of Good Shepherd

General Manager – Audacity (Innovation) Centre

You will be responsible for establishing our inaugural Audacity (Innovation) Centre and spearhead strategic innovation and associated capability building.

Financial Resilience Worker – Queensland Financial Resilience Program

Provide one-on-one support to address individual financial situations and increase financial literacy

Executive General Manager – Ecosystem Enablement

You will be responsible for establishing this new service stream, working collaboratively with the Good Shepherd Institute (being established) and Client Services, reporting directly to the CEO.

Executive General Manager – Good Shepherd Institute

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for establishing and leading the Good Shepherd Institute, a new core service area, to facilitate and leverage social impact.

Specialist Family Violence Practitioner – Family Services

The Specialist Family Violence Practitioner will work within the Brimbank Melton (IFS) team and the Family Service Alliance to support mentor and ensure services are well coordinated, and Family Services caseworkers have the skills needed for high quality support to families who experience, at risk of or have experienced family violence.

Working with the Rapid Response team delivering face to face and phone support to women and children who are experiencing Family Violence

Family Violence Intake & Assessment Practitioner (The Orange Door)

Providing women, families and young people with coordinated access to information and support they require to be safe, strong and connected.

Team Leader, Family Violence Services (0.5 FTE)

Join a team of highly experienced leaders in the Family Violence sector that are dedicated to delivering high quality services for Women and Children

Senior Specialist Family Violence Practitioner – Rapid Response and After Hours
