Former Resident Support

Good Shepherd Sisters played a significant role as a residential welfare provider in Australia and New Zealand from 1863 to the 1980’s. We remember, acknowledge and honour all the women and children who spent time in Good Shepherd institutions.

Good Shepherd supports former residents of Good Shepherd institutions and welfare homes. Through our Heritage Engagement Program we can support former residents in accessing their records and assist them and their families in seeking to understand their past.
