Dr Dave Vicary is an experienced leader in the human services, not-for-profit, government, and tertiary sectors. Dave was appointed the Director, Client Services in December 2021 and is responsible for leading the organisation’s client service development, transformation and delivery.
Dr Roslyn Russell is an Honorary Professor with the School of Economics, Finance and Marketing, RMIT University. Roslyn’s 20-year research career focused on the factors that impact the financial wellbeing of Australians, particularly women.
Sarah Dixon has more than 15 years’ experience in human resources, people development and strategy. Sarah was appointed Director, People and Capability in June 2021 and is responsible for workforce planning, organisational design and development as well as overseeing the internal culture.
Gendrie Klein-Breteler AM has been with Good Shepherd since 1972. She has held a number of roles at the organisation starting as a volunteer before taking up a leadership position to provide residential care to teenage girls.
