The Program Marketing Manager will lead, manage and evaluate Good Shepherd’s Marketing and Communications support for programs and services including but not limited to, No Interest Loans (NILs), Financial Independence Hub, LaunchME and small business support, and Good Money stores.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Develop Marketing and Communications plans for Good Shepherd programs and services to drive awareness and interest in conjunction with the service delivery team
  • Lead and develop the Program Marketing Team and provide clear visibility on the contract agreements and metrics for each of the programs and services.
  • Working closely with the B2B Engagement Lead and service teams build relationships with Good Shepherd’s service provider network and other key stakeholders to scale client reach and impact
  • Work closely with the Brand Marketing and External Communications Manager to ensure the timely scheduling and delivery of marketing and communications assets; and Media and Internal Communications Manager to ensure the timely media coverage and internal stakeholder communications, for each plan
  • Monitor the day-to-day delivery and performance of program plans, including regular reporting
  • Identify brand, market and client insights including from across the organisation to continue to optimise our Marketing and Communications

Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this position, you will have:

  • Qualifications in journalism, public relations, communications, or a related discipline or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated experience in brand and program marketing and managing effective communications campaigns for targeted audiences
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communications skills that elevate and enable the delivery of Good Shepherd’s strategy and mission
  • Can build and maintain strong internal and external relationships, lead the planning and response for marketing opportunities and provide strategic advice to stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time and to work to tight and changing timelines and within budget
  • Ability to identify and apply market, brand, and client insights to planning and evaluation of campaigns
  • Evidence of Covid-19 vaccination, or medical exemption
