- $110,954 pro rata + super & generous salary packaging benefits (up to $18,000/year tax – free)
The Manager Inclusion & Cultural Safety will develop and support the implementation of an organisation wide Diversity and Inclusion Plan and strategy by leading a range of diversity and Inclusion Initiatives, focusing on Reconciliation Action Plan, Rainbow Tick expansion and Improvements to cultural safety for clients and workforce.
Responsibilities
The Manager Inclusion and Cultural Safety will be grounded in intersectional theory and practice and will provide strategic and operational support to build capability, and embed inclusion and cultural safety within client services and the workplace.
You will provide advice on Diversity & Inclusion program planning & implementation, client participation, and partnering with priority population groups, particularly Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, migrant and refugee women and communities, people with disabilities and LGBTQIA+ people.

Qualifications and Experience
To be considered for this position, you will have:
- Bachelor degree in social policy, social work, humanities, sociology or equivalent experience other relevant field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role. In addition, Lived Experience expertise would be highly valued.
- Experience in implementing Diversity and Inclusion programs /initiatives
- High level written and verbal communication skills
- Evidence of full Covid-19 vaccination, or medical exemption
