The Financial Inclusion Action Plan (FIAP) program aims to create a more financially inclusive society. The member-based program includes a national network of over 40 organisations committing to take strategic and practical actions that will improve the financial wellbeing of their customers, employees, and community partners. The program also hosts place-based FIAPs in Geelong and Northern Adelaide. We are also embarking on a journey of growth and development for FIAP and this role will lead and shape its future.

Responsibilities
The Head of Financial Inclusion Action Plan (FIAP) will be responsible for driving the strategy and operational execution of the FIAP program. This position will oversee all aspects of the FIAP program, and support the team to achieve exceptional outcomes for the program, FIAP members, Good Shepherd and the broader system we work within.
General areas of responsibility include, but not limited to:
- Program growth, strategy development, Implementation and monitoring
- Stakeholder management
- Business development & Financial Development
- People Management
- Program Governance
Qualifications and Experience
To be considered for this position, you will have:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications, and knowledge of social policy, financial inclusion, wellbeing, resilience, and economic participation.
- Significant senior leadership experience in community services, financial, government and/or private sector social impact programs.
- Outstanding strategic, conceptual, analytical, and creative skills demonstrated by the ability to understand and interpret complex information and present ideas effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategies and business plans that respond to emerging community needs and organisational priority areas.
- Ability to think entrepreneurially while understanding the requirements of working within an organisational structure.
- Demonstrated ability to build and foster collaborative relationships with senior external stakeholders across a range of sectors.
- Evidence of Covid-19 vaccination, or medical exemption
