Qualifications and Experience

To be considered for this position, you will have:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications, and knowledge of social policy, financial inclusion, wellbeing, resilience, and economic participation.
• Significant senior leadership experience in community services, financial, government and/or private sector social impact programs.
• Outstanding strategic, conceptual, analytical, and creative skills demonstrated by the ability to understand and interpret complex information and present ideas effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategies and business plans that respond to emerging community needs and organisational priority areas.
• Ability to think entrepreneurially while understanding the requirements of working within an organisational structure.
• Demonstrated ability to build and foster collaborative relationships with senior external stakeholders across a range of sectors.
• Evidence of Covid-19 vaccination, or medical exemption
