Study without Stress Sydney
Our Study without Stress program supports young people to manage pressures that come along with their senior years of education, in particular the RoSA and HSC exams.
Our Study without Stress program supports young people to manage pressures that come along with their senior years of education, in particular the RoSA and HSC exams. The program provides young people with strategies to manage the pressure of homework, assessments and exams, as well as expectations set by themselves, parents or teachers.
Who can participate?
Schools can nominate a small group of young people to participate in the program. We then conduct an informal interview with each participant prior to the program to determine their group readiness.
How is the program structured?
Study without Stress is delivered by two Good Shepherd facilitators in eight one-hour sessions across eight weeks. We engage students in the program content through interactive games, activities, discussion, group work, pair work and some role plays.
When and where does the program take place?
Good Shepherd facilitators are available to your school premises to conduct Study Without Stress anytime during the school year. Simply contact Nicky Wells, Manager Education Programs on Nicky.Wells@goodshep.org.au or 02 8571 7808 to make a booking.
