ACE (Adolescents Coping with Emotions)

ACE provides young people with the tools to deal with different situations and emotions, from everyday issues to tougher times.

ACE provides young people with the tools to deal with different situations and emotions, from everyday issues to tougher times. Schools can invite a small group of students to take part in the program, which is delivered in two-hour sessions across ten weeks. The program is designed to teach students new skills in a fun way and involves games, activities, discussion, group work, pair work and some role plays.

During the ACE program, young people will learn new ways to:

  • Solve everyday problems
  • Get along with people
  • Talk about things
  • Identify their thoughts or feelings
